Poor communications, was booked in for a assessment, but only through me asking literally the day before to find out no its not happening now. If youre gunna do Royal Mail dont do it through this agency use another.

Don’t waste your time with this company, they said they booked me for work, to start from Monday but they haven’t, when I get there the company said I’m not booked with them.

Incompetent agency! The communication is poor. No one has the decency to call back when they state they will. Offered lack of work and lack of updates. Been calling for a few days to no answer.

I have worked with surecall for the last 2 years and can say it has been a positive experience. If you need to sign up for an employment agency then I highly recommend surecall.

Horrible agency. They lie to you from first contact, send you to a driving assessment that’s suppose to be an hour but it ends up 3+ hours. So with commute time you waste a whole day after which they don’t even call you back for available shifts. Obviously, they lie in order to avoid paying your daily wage for the assessment. If they lie about these “small” things, you can only imagine what else they lie about. Stay away from these swindlers.
