Didn’t feel any professionalism. I applied for a job, an hour later I had a phone call pretty much begging me to turn up at this warehouse in a few hours. Didn’t explain pay. Didn’t explain where to go once at the job. They just wanted someone there. The security/reception kiosk didn’t even know I was coming. The actual job itself was appalling. No site induction, no knowledge of who’s actually in charge. They didn’t tell us or show what to do. We just kinda guessed then they corrected. I walked out after 2 hours due to poor health and safety. No communication. language barriers. And VERY poor conditions to work in. Not even an apology or a txt back from the agency or some kind of information on why the job was like that.

Very poor communication. No one was able to inform where to apply for holiday for 2 weeks after asking 3 times.

signed up for a job in one loction the client never actually intented to work from that depot was worked 3 weeks was then giving a text message on a sunday saying not required no answers to why told had other role avaible herd nothing most of there temporey staff are carrying weapons in there bags to protect themsleves while working on there sites
