They keep reporting my reviews and most other negative ones so they look good: I've been with Sue Ross for 3 months and they have been a nightmare to deal with. One person says something is done and makes promises and then another person will go back on that. They took my CV but never pay attention to it and miraculously one day someone couldn't even find the details on my CV of my experience and skills??? Told them to only communicate via email due to my caring responsibilities and network issues and they still try to call me leading to me missing important updates. Raised a complaint and have to repeat myself despite someone saying all the information has been noted - to find out it wasn't In 3 months only had 2 job interviews via them, one of which Sue Ross messed me about with for like 2 weeks. Avoid this company like the plague

I had a brilliant experience with Sue Ross when looking for a new role, and had to leave this 5* review! I spoke with both their perm and temp departments, securing lots of interviews and receiving updates about my applications along the way. Although I later accepted a role elsewhere, Natalie, Sheena, Suzy and the team were always professional, friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated in their work. The candidate experience (from on-boarding to interviews to off-boarding) was really exceptional, with the team even reaching out on the morning of my interviews and following up afterwards. In the current jobs market, where there's lots of AI to deal with and ghosting is commonplace, it was really refreshing to have such a committed team in my corner. Randomly video called at 8 in the morning and then messaging saying they have jobs available. Not once ever contacted these people or sent any type of interest in them. Pretty rude and strange way of doing stuff.
