I’m a civil engineer who recently moved to London, bringing experience from New Zealand and Australia. Like many others starting fresh in a new country, I found myself stuck in a cycle of applying for roles online and rarely hearing back. It was a frustrating and a never ending process. Molly from Strata Consulting got in touch with me and the experience was completely different. Molly made the whole recruitment process incredibly smooth. She truly listened to what I was looking for in a role and understood the kind of company culture I wanted to be part of. Communication was clear and consistent, and within just a few weeks, I was being presented with genuine, exciting opportunities. Thanks to Molly’s support and guidance, I’ve now connected with a company that aligns with my values and career goals. I honestly can’t thank or recommend her enough!

When I was a degree apprentice, most recruiters didn’t take much notice of me, but Luke Small really listened. He guided me through every step, always checked in on how things were going, and gave me genuine advice when I needed it. Even now, three weeks into my new job, he’s still making the effort to check in with me. That kind of support means a lot, and I’m really grateful for everything he’s done. Cannot recommend him enough.

I loved working with Strata- the recruiter I worked with, Arabella, was very kind, accommodating and patient with me with all the queries I had about different companies. She encouraged me when I was feeling nervous and she was a good conduit of communication between myself and my prospective employer. I appreciated her help in helping me find where I am currently working, a place I am thankful for each day. Thank you again! I am happy.
