I partnered with Aimee and Step Ahead Recruitment during December last year whilst looking for a next Manchester based HR role. She is a fantastic recruiter and a huge credit to the profession. She was incredibly personable, efficient, followed up with clients I interviewed with and came back to me at every opportunity she could which from a candidate perspective has become almost unheard of. What could have been a daunting and worrying time for me, she made it anything but that. She gave great briefing calls making my preparation for interviews seamless and easy and helped set up interviews within days of my application.
