Great experience with SolviT Recruitment! The team was friendly, professional, and very supportive throughout the process.

I took part in a recruitment process managed by SolviT Recruitment. The initial contact was quick and well-organized, but after the interview, I never received any feedback or updates about the process, even after trying to follow up. I believe it’s important to highlight that a recruiter’s role goes beyond simply connecting companies and candidates. There’s often a lot of talk about professionalism and empathy on social media, but these values need to be practiced, especially when it comes to providing feedback. Giving a response, even if it’s a “no,” shows respect and responsibility toward the candidate’s time and expectations. Failing to do so leaves candidates anxious and conveys a lack of professional care. I hope the company reconsiders its communication process, because true professionalism is reflected in how we treat people at every stage.

After years of working through various different agencies, Solvit is by far the best, in a pinch for work at the start of the year I called the office and the team took all of my info and told me someone would be in touch, I thought I’ve heard that before so I didn't have any high hopes. Not even 24 hours later Scott called me directly with the perfect role for me, within a week I was working and back on my feet, for reasons unrelated to solvit that job didn’t work out, and again, a week later, Scott placed me into another roll, my pay is always on time and correct, I have never had trouble getting in contact or getting support from the relevant department. I truly believe that this is a company where the team knows how it feels to be in a rut, and will look out for anyone who’s willing to put the effort in. If I’m ever in need of agency services again I won’t hesitate for a second to call Scott to see what he has. I’m now permanent at the job I was placed in and the transition was smooth and seam less in terms of finances. A* service. Thanks guys Leo
