SmartSourcing plc

Great

Beware This agency backfills roles while you are working for the client and then denies all knowledge of it when the client lets you go, even contacted my partner about my role before I was let go by the client… unbelievable really.

Smartsourcing has been very professional and provided exceptional support throughout my contracting process. From the initial onboarding, they were transparent about their client, offered valuable tips for the interview, and maintained a high level of professionalism and support throughout my role. The staff are friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. Sandra, in particular, went the extra mile, providing helpful advice and answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend Smartsourcing as an agency to work with as a contractor. They are genuinely the best recruiters I have dealt with.

Sandra was brilliant from start to finish in the whole process and an absolute asset to the smart sourcing team. She made sure to keep me up to date with all relevant details and genuinely had my wellbeing in mind when helping to secure my new role and have had a great time working with Sandra as she was more of a friend and so easy to chat to. Would highly recommend Smart sourcing as the team especially Sandra are brilliant and really do take care of you.

Clicky people, ignored once registering. Many excuses and lies

We have worked with Smart Sourcing and we had a great experience with the SS team. They are more professional and so helpful at every moment.

I have worked as a contractor for SmartSourcing on 2 occasions and as a hiring client in a number of public sector roles. I have always found SmartSourcing to the friendliest, most professional and capable recruitment service and they continue to be my go to agency of choice. They consistently deliver, even where I have found other agencies struggle. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them myself where opportunities allow.

Michelle Rathbone provides Excellent professional service. I would highly recommend SmartSourcing.

Exceptional, Sue has been always good with providing me the needed information and, supporting me through the process but also very quick & switched on. I relay appreciate the professional approach.

I've been contracting for 11 years and by far and away SmartSourcing are my favourite and go to recruitment agency for any contract roles. They have fantastic set of recruiters and always keep me informed when I apply for a role or when I'm assigned to a client by them. The offer a very personable service and would be happy to recommend them.
