Overview
Wise Employment is a privately owned company, and celebrated 20 years in business in October 2011. Wise Employment started its operation during the recession of the early 1990s, as the directors believed there was a niche in the market for a quality driven organisation. From humble beginnings in Swindon, it is now a 14 branch operation, employing almost 100 permanent staff, thousands of temporary staff as well as placing many candidates in permanent jobs on a weekly basis.
Wise Employment has expanded both organically and through acquisitions to become one of the largest independent recruitment companies in the South and South West. Acquisitions included the AYS & The Jade Group in 2002, Smart Recruitment in 2008, Pro Personnel, Workforce Direct and Absolute Driver Solutions in 2011.
