Smart 1 Recruitment Limited

Good agency they always dont have jobs

Best Agency you could be with always ready to help and have been the fastest at finding jobs and getting you into a workplace. I have even experienced not liking a job on Monday and offered another job Tuesday. Pay is always bang on with payslips. Emma has been a great help to me since being with the agency and the rest of the team is more than willing to help too. Many thanks smart 1

Smart 1 Recruitment is always our first point of contact when we need more staff. Chloe, Cathy and the rest of the team are always extremely helpful and a lovely bunch of people to work with. Every candidate we receive is pitched correctly to our needs. All paperwork is prompt and full of useful contact. Nothing is every too much trouble and everyone is extremely reliable. All in all, have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Emma Jackson at Smart 1 reached out to me when I was in need of a new role and was everything you could wish for in a recruitment consultant. Incredibly helpful, insightful, and unbelievably proactive in her communication with clients. She supported me throughout my recent application process for a role and I cannot recommend her enough for anyone seeking a career change or simply advice on how they can progress in their professional life. Her ability to actively listen was also a breath of fresh air compared to other agencies I've experienced and I wish her all the best for her future

Definitely wouldn’t work for them if I were you. Went for an induction then worked about 6 hours and realised the job wasn’t for me and I told them by going to them instead of just walking away and being respectful. Then I asked them if I was going to get paid for those hours I worked and the induction which was said before that I would be but yet nothing has came through and when I asked them they just ignored me. Really poor agency which i highly recommend you don’t work.

Offered me work straight away lovely caring staff and do there very best for you have a very good reputation as an employment agency

The whole team at Smart 1 Redditch go beyond help , they become so supportive , they become friends . The communication between you and the agency is amazing and they can help with any questions you need to ask . Don’t go anywhere else they are amazing

The staff are friendly and professional and listen to your requirements and work hard to meet those requirements. The staff go the extra mile to secure employment for their clients. Chloe always answered her phone and her communication was excellent. Definitely recommend SMART 1 if looking for employment.
