I Would always recommend secure and recruit after my experience, specifically Sophie. Usually, dealing with recruiters drags and you're often left just waiting to hear back about everything and anything. But, not only did Sophie find me 3 perfect roles, she constantly kept me updated, did everything she said she would as soon as she said she'll do it so you're not waiting to hear about things, and even helped me weigh up the pros and cons when it came down to 2 roles. She was so helpful and personable throughout. I can't recommend or thank her enough.
