Searley Owen

I was approached by Searley Owen for a role. The way the approach was made was fantastic, they explained the role and the employer well. Within 2 days they had organised a Teams interview and less than one week later the face to face second interview. They were supportive all the way through the process and are by far the most proactive and helpful recruiters I have dealt with in my career. I have accepted the new role and they have taken the time to check in several times since to make sure everything is going to plan. If only all recruiters were as good as them.

Spoke to Jade about a job offer from indeed, from the start Jade made sure about the skills and requirements Required about the job and then asked what I would like from a career. Throughout the process also checking in on you to see if you're still happy with the process and will answer any questions. Would definitely work with them again if needed!

I've worked with Searley Owen for several years now and they've always delivered great candidates for me to consider. The candidates put forward always match the specification provided, and they happily adjust the search parameters as I refine them, after which they act on the new information to good effect. The team is always available to take my calls or respond to my emails with speed. The best thing about Searley Owen is the personal touch, they're great people to work with and I really feel they care about placing the right person for the role on offer - for this reason, Searley Owen is my go-to recruiter for finding the right people for our business to succeed. Would recommend without a moment’s hesitation.
