Absolute spammers. Despite been TPS registered we have received 62 phone calls from them offer services

I had an initial call with Shaun, it sounded positive and send over the requested CV with some follow-up questions. I've since been ghosted, haven't heard a thing and further emails have been ignored. What a waste of my time.

Extremely professional Approach. I found my dream job through Searchability. Jessica Crowley has gone above and beyond. She was extremely helpful, kept me up to date during my job application, after getting offer letter and up to the point I joined new company. Very satisfied with her interactions with company as well as myself. Would definitely recommend using Searchability to my friends and colleagues.

Never heard of this company before and intend never to deal with them sinply due to one guy who called me before the company is even open and before I was even awake. Im not even looking for work but that didnt seem to matter. Not impressed

Appalling recruitment consultancy - the members of staff with whom I had contact were incredibly emotionally immature as they asked me personal questions - I would not recommend this organisation to an employer and would always urge employers to recruit directly anyway

Great personal support from Jonny at Searchability over the course of the interview and selection process. You couldn't ask for anything more, thorough, clear, concise, persistant and available outside office hours. Top guy.

Was called regarding an opportunity and had a good chat with the recruiter. I was told they would speak to the client with some questions and then get back to me but I never heard anything.

They are unprofessional, to far away from a real recruitment company. Avoid with all costs, or be caution when you are doing any business with them.
