Terrible recruited for job got weeks induction then told had a position it lasted 4 days turned up for work on Friday morning at 6am to be told I wasn't required no explanation I have now lost my collage course which I left to take this job and lost my child support money thanks very much

Luckily i was saved. They were in need of van driver. So i contacted them and erin on call was insisting me to share my ni number and driving license pictures. No agency or company will ask this details without interview. And i read all reviews of this agency. Be careful

Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Search Consultancy in Glasgow randomly contacted me through their staff member, Maya, and insisted that I come to their office. I wasn’t desperately looking for a job, but I still took time out of my day, spent money, and went there in good faith. It turned out to be a complete waste. After the meeting, I was simply ignored, no follow-up, no respect, nothing. During the conversation, it became clear that they only care about placing people in junior roles and expect them to stay in the same position for 3- 4 years with no growth, purely so they can keep earning commission from one role. I was also told that because I’m on a visa, they wouldn’t proceed with me, as they prefer candidates who will “stay under them” for several years. This was said very casually, without any consideration for my time or situation. What frustrates me the most is that they pushed me to come to their office, only to dismiss me afterward. If they had no intention of helping, they shouldn’t have called me in the first place. This consultancy feels completely commission-driven with no sincerity toward candidates or their careers. I genuinely regret wasting an entire day on this. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Only giving a 2 star for the fact I was in work straight away with set shifts. My only problem is my wages being wrong since October 8th to top this off I was promised all monies owed to me will be paid day before Christmas. Guess how much they paid me. WOW well done you're correct I got nothing the day before Christmas. Every hour I done as overtime I got flat rate. For 11wks I was given a different excuse. I know you can't please everyone but at least pay the money they work for. Im now going to company house for advice.

AVOID.. Have been approached few times over the last year by consultants who said they were contacting me after they found my cv, I knew better not to go with the agency, however since I had just finished a job I went in after a consultant contacted me again as supposedly she had couple of places she was recruiting for asap. Went in to 'register' and was told oh looking at your CV I can't put you forward for anything that we have just now!?? She looked at the cv before calling me so could have came to that conclusion earlier instead of wasting my time. One of the reviews put on here has got it spot on they ask questions like who was your line manager etc so they can generate leads. They also get you to register so they can have names on the books, most likely so they can get funding. There is better agencies out there.

Horrible company! Ignore your application completely, how can anyone want to apply for jobs through this agency is beyond me! Never again Applied back in October for another job and STILL received no response it’s an absolute joke this company!! Genuinely disgusted never ever again

I have recently been made redundant and couldn't have picked a better, more empathetic, encouraging and enthusiastic recruiter than Eilidh. I now find myself in a great place, with a new and exciting position starting soon, which I can only say a massive thanks to Eilidh for.

I’m joining with the majority of the reviews presented on the platform. Received 1 call and when contacted back I was advised that the individual that contacted myself will phone back shortly. No response received after weeks gone by. This displays a lack of professionalism, I’d suggest removing your site altogether if you already have enough employees, and don’t seem to bother regarding anyone else that would like to join your agency. Quite glad it didnt work out joining yourselves, as a majority of your service reviews are significantly horrendous and indicates a concerning amount of a lack of understanding and unprofessional.
