Why we do this
We are challenging the stigma surrounding candidates being registered with multiple agencies by creating a unique environment that combines the perks of freelancing with the family atmosphere of direct employment. How we will do this
We take the time to understand every client and candidate's potential requirement before offering a tailor-made solution. We will discuss all short and long term needs within the construction market whilst always ensuring the candidate's best interests are at the heart of everything we do. Led on about a job that was meant to start by Callum from ridgeway and co. Now just not answering calls or texts total waste of time. Call office and same thing they just hang up before it even runs out. Unprofessional and unreliable.

Total waste of time I have been contacted on a Thursday by the recruiter Calum M, who wanted to organise an interview with the client before the weekend. We exchanged numerous calls and emails to make sure all was in good working order for the Team meeting scheduled at 1pm on Friday, including a phone conversation with him after the interview. The following week on Wednesday as everything went quiet, I tried to contact Calum for a genuine feedback from the employer. He ended up playing hide&seek ignoring text messages and rejecting calls. - Childish behaviour - Lack of professionalism - Not competent for the role Training your people to pick up calls, the reputation is the most important thing.
