Our story starts almost 20 years ago when Rachel Filby started at one of the leading multinational recruitment brands, Michael Page. Rachel quickly became one of the most successful consultants at Michael Page and established herself as an extremely capable and unique recruiter. As Rachel climbed the corporate career ladder, the one constant that remained was her love for recruitment; the building of lasting relationships with candidates and clients, being able to deliver efficient and exceptional results time, and time again.
After becoming a mother in her 30's and experiencing some intense years of juggling the corporate world with family life, Rachel decided to step away from the life at Page and focus purely on her original passion; offering expert recruitment at the highest level of service to her candidates and clients; RF Recruitment was founded!
RF Recruitment Consultancy is an independent recruitment agency specialising in Property, Estates Management and Maintenance recruitment. RF Recruitment is recognised as a Top 150 UK recruiter in the Financial Times annual Recruitment Survey for 2024.

I have dealt with a few agencies in my life time and the experience I had with RF Recruitment is one that is most memorable. My Recruiter Rachel Filby was very through, sweet, intentional down to earth, very informative and supportive with her approach in helping me to find the right job placement that suits me. I am one week into my new role, and no doubt she tapped in every chance she gets to see how well im getting on in my new role, 5 stars are not enough to rate her. Stevon

The service I received is one with a very high proffessional communication standard. In a one to one meeting using Teams, the consultant meets with you (not an AI) to talk about your skills and the job you are seeking. I was informed at every stage of the job application process, from the time my resume was forwarded to prospective companies. I was delighted to be selected for interviews to compete with other candidates, and was even more delighted to have been hired. Thank you so much, RF Recruitment Consultancy.

I have worked with Rachel for a few years now, she secured me my current position, as technical services manager at the Royal College of Music, and prepared me well for the interviews with some excellent advice and inside information. Previous to that, when I worked as the operations manager at SOAS, she found me the best maintenance supervisor I have ever known, and went well out of her way to make things work when the hiring process got complicated. In a market that is becoming increasingly enshittified, RF Recruitment stands out as a beacon, I can only hope that such high standards might be emulated by others. You are welcome to contact me on linkedin if you would like me to confirm the above.
