Redwood Search

I had a fantastic experience with Redwood. Karen contacted me with the perfect job and helped me through each step of the process. I’m not sure who was happier when I got offered the job.

I had an excellent experience with Redwood Search! Karen was absolutely fantastic—she supported me every step of the way, from the initial job search to preparing for the interview and finally accepting the offer. Her communication, professionalism, and genuine care made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Being made redundant after 24 years the thought of applying for jobs & attending interviews was so scary & quite overwhelming but as soon as I received a call from Jack @ Redwood he made the experience better. He was professional, friendly & helpful. Asked all the relevant questions about me & my search, put me at ease when I was concerned about being in the older bracket seeking employment. He arranged an interview, kept in contact with me & the employers continually, to keep me updated. I was successful in my application. I would highly recommend Redwood Search for all your job seeking requirements. I could not have got any better assistance than I received from Jack. Thank you so much Jack.

Redwood were brilliant at helping me find a role, after being made redundant. Karen was really communicative and explained interview processes really clearly. Thank you so much, for supporting me to secure a full time role.

I was put forward for a role by Karen and secured an interview. I never received any feedback following this despite emailing her to ask for feedback, not a good candidate experience. I assumed I did not get the role!

Karen was so helpful, constantly checking up to see how I was getting on. Very professional. Would recommend to anyone looking for employment ! She truly helped me not only get a job, but progress my career. Many thanks

Michelle and the team at Redwood were fantastic - Contact and information was super helpful and went through various scenarios and questions before interviews and were super transparent with the whole process. Highly recommended to anyone.

I had a great experience job hunting with Redwood Search. They listened to what I was looking for and Anja introduced me to a Worcester based company who were the right fit (I got the job! ). Thanks to Anja and the team, I had a new job within 2 weeks of starting my search.

Redwood has been amazing at helping me with the process of getting a post-grad job. Michelle was extremely supportive throughout the whole application process from start to finish and was fantastic at keeping in touch and communicating important information. I was particularly nervous about the interview but she provided amazing support by going through possible questions, discussing the company with me and making me feel comfortable. I ended up getting offered the job so cannot recommend Redwood and Michelle enough.

I was very stressed about getting a job after university, and was really struggling as I really wanted to stay in Birmingham. Michelle emailed me about a job offer that looked amazing. She coached me through the interview process and was there for the after when I wasn’t sure I got the job and was reassuring me when I doubted myself. She called me as soon as she heard the news that I got the job! I honestly don’t know what I would have done without the help she gave and I’m so excited for my new journey! Thank you Michelle!
