I received an email with a job spec asking me if I was interested. I had non of the listed essential criteria so I was surprised to receive it but I thought I would talk to the agent anyway and see if it could be a good fit. NO response from an email, direct line or a switch board - l left several messages but I am still waiting for a reply.. Sadly, it is difficult to take this agency seriously.

Have been retired police officer for almost 9 years and have worked for various agencies in a number of sensitive and vetted roles . This Company were really disappointing to deal with and by far the worst . They contacted me , offered me a role which I accepted, took all my personal details to ‘on board’ me then heard nothing....virtually zero communication until I started initiating it ...then decided to change me to another role , still little or no communication about start dates . Eventually I decided to accept work elsewhere . Wrote email to them 10 days ago ...zero acknowledgement. Really unprofessional and approach with caution.

I cannot rate this company and their Senior Account Manager Joe Clifford more highly I worked on Operation Resolve from January 2015 until April 2019 as a contractor My pay and conditions were First Class including holiday pay system A number of other agencies placed people on this investigation and by a Country Mile Red Snapper and in particular Joe Clifford were tops for looking after contactors every need The attention to detail regarding individual work and welfare issues was oustanding with. Joe Clifford visiting every three months to enquire about any possible issues personally (unlike other agencies) I would resoundingly recommend Red Snapper to anyone seeking employment Keep up the excellent work

I registered with the Red Snapper Recruitment Agency after I retired as a Detective from the Police in April 2017 after 30 years of service. The Agency sent numerous emails out to me that provided details of a variety of jobs within the Law Enforcement environment (which was what I was looking for at a source of work). I subsequently applied for a job with the Investigation Team concerning the Manchester Arena Attack. I could not fault the excellent service that I received from the Red Snapper Recruitment Agency staff, especially by my nominated staff member, Soz Qadir, in keeping me informed and updated with regards to the progress of my application, then through to interview and subsequent appointment. Both Soz Qadir and Account Manager, Joe Clifford have always provided me with excellent service with regards to any concerns that I may have had working for the Agency.
