I have been approached by this company for a Vacancy on short notice . They are very proactive and experienced in the roles they are recruiting for. They will go above and beyond to provide their candidates everything they can to prepare for the interviews. Also update you during the processes. I do recommend them and given them 5 stars.

As a client Red King have now placed several candidates within our business. We have had a great success rate with Andy and his team and would highly recommend their services to both candidates and companies looking for a highly professional service.

As a client they may have their merits but as a candidate I'd try to avoid them. My experience here was good at first - very quick and very responsive. However, once I had the interview, all contact ceased despite the recruiter confirming on the video call in front of me and the client that they would discuss things after my interview and get back to me that day. Over two and a half weeks later I still await an official response, although the client (the Said Business School at Oxford University) made it very clear I had no chance of gaining employment there despite being eminently qualified for the role. Just an email to say, 'sorry the client doesn't hire people in your demographic' would have been something but I have had to email the client for feedback. They have yet to reply too. Two stars for their prompt attention at first but being ghosted is not professional and not something any human being should be subjected to. I'd also avoid the client.
