Recruit Mint Ltd

I was in a temporary position through this agency. Unfortunately the workplace I was at let me go after only 3 days. I had inadequate training and was set up to fail on the printing machine. A lack of supervision and total disregard of being advised, led to many mistakes. I was being observed whilst using the machine and was allowed to carry on making mistakes. I had a rushed induction and wasn't properly introduced to the staff. I felt like an outsider being discriminated against and due to it being a temporary position, they use the excuse of terminating you at any time without reason. This gives the company and the agency an excuse to use you like cattle and have no respect towards your well-being.

Be aware you are made to go to a site tour promised a job start and then ignore any further even when asking for update.

Recruit Mint Ltd is the best agency. Good communication, I am happy with them.
