Absolutely AWFUL!!! Waited 2-3 months for a job was ringing every week when my mate got it in 1 week. All they say is we will let you know as soon as we have something available but never seem to ring you. Then they finally give me an induction for chocolate factory and say I can start as soon as next week. Next week rolls around and no one has contacted me so I ring them then they see we should have shifts next week. Same thing happens the next week so ring them and they say next week. I just rang them now and they are saying nothing is available. I’ve waited 3 months for a job and they can’t even get me anything even after I’ve done everything they told me to. Absolutely SHOCKING!!!! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone stay away. Also I think they have blocked my number because every time I ring them it says user busy so I have to ring them of another phone.

UK work experience only needed. If you do not have DrivingL do not wast your time they will not give u a job 500m from your home. First day she even did not allow me to register cs of DL. Job centre is ordering us to go to these agents of despair.. If you do not look like them wait till they finish their color even for registration I am a witness. I like their "UK work experience" system of division. Sorry for giving my details to this agent.

Absolute worse work agency going. Tried to say to me that I didn't turn up to work and that I'm lying, also tried to say that I didn't do work in my previous job so I'm banned from the agency. States that they have cctv but will not provide it. Also saying they won't pay me for a days work I did on Wednesday. Please avoid these guys at all costs!!!

Ella is fantastic! I found myself out of work suddenly and she helped me find the perfect job for me within a short time frame. I was kept up to date throughout the process and even afterwards she was checking in seeing if everything was okay. I can't recommend Ella and Rapid Recruit more.
