I have found my experience with this company to be really good. They found a couple roles that fit with what I was looking for and was able to get me interviews. Even if I am not offered one of the roles, I am grateful for the kindness of the staff and the willingness to offer advice and support beyond the norm of a recruiter.

Very unprofessional experience. Communication was blunt and dismissive, and I felt judged rather than supported. The role details were unclear, and the call ended abruptly once it became apparent I’d previously interviewed with the company. Not the standard I’d expect from a recruitment agency.

BE AWARE-DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY. Although we have used them previously they are trying to charge us £3500 + VAT for introducing a employee who stayed with us for only 4 days.

From first initial call to job offer has taken a little over a week, i am so shocked at how quickly these guys work. I currently have a job and was unhappy in it. Megan willcocks contacted me, instantly i said i didn't want to waste her time as i was looking for a part time role, megan informed me of the details for this particular job role that she was offering and it just went from there really. She set up my first interview with the employer, kept me upto date with feedback via email and phone. Her service was second to none. This morning i had my second interview with the company and just this afternoon, megan called to offer me the position. Thank you Megan for your fantastic service. Keep up the great work.

I applied for a job recently for a design engineering role. This company responded to my aplication with a phonecall. The entire purpose of this call turned out to be to berate me about the fact I have switched jobs recently. Aparently the fact that I am currently working in a temporary job while trying to apply for my next career position in engineering makes me an undesirable candidate as "my client is looking for somone who wants to stick around". I tried to explain that finding a job I could stay in long term was exactly the purpose of my aplication but they were having none of it. If that is the case then so be it, but why get my hopes up contacting me about the job if it was for no other purpose than to take shots at me. Im thourghly dissapointed by this experience. The posting seemed like a great fit for my next steps but it seems like the company have denied themselves a kene candiadate by employing an utterly incompetent agency for recruitment. I hope I dont have the misfortune of dealing with them again and I urge any busniss to please use another agency. What a terrible shame this all is!

Worked on a assignment managed by them for over a year and haven't got a bad word to say about them. Any questions I had were answered quickly and well, they never missed or delayed a payment and were extremely friendly whenever I spoke to them. I can only hope my new recruiting agency is as good as Purely was!
