After registering with several employment agencies, and quickly becoming demoralised with their lack of effort and response, it was a pleasant surprise to discover Profiles. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Ola went above and beyond to secure interviews for me, and I am pleased to say I have now successfully landed a placement. I thoroughly recommend!

I really enjoyed working with Profiles Personnel at Ascot Racecourse. The team were professional, efficient and kept communication clear throughout. The whole process was smooth and well organised, and I had a great experience from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend them and would happily work with them again.

Joined Profiles to work at Royal Ascot and have also worked another event for them. For Royal Ascot the organisation and communication was fantastic and I hope to repeat the experience in 2027. There are a lot of other jobs available although outside of the big events you will need some flexibility as multiple people apply for the same role and client needs may change slightly. For temporary or part-time work I cannot recommend them enough!

I will not recommend,just one job from them,this agency has the longest hours for a temporary staff Person I have come across in events work with low pay considering how much events company earn, the staff in my opinion just mess you around. Best to avoid 👇

Really helpful, friendly team that help me pull in the shifts I need at some great venues!

I am extremely disappointed with this agency. They cancelled all my shifts at Ascot Racecourse for the entire week just one day before I was supposed to start. (I booked the job a month before). I had taken time off from my other job specifically for this opportunity, only to be left in the lurch at the last minute. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable work.
