I will not recommend,just one job from them,this agency has the longest hours for a temporary staff Person I have come across in events work with low pay considering how much events company earn, the staff in my opinion just mess you around. Best to avoid 👇

I am extremely disappointed with this agency. They cancelled all my shifts at Ascot Racecourse for the entire week just one day before I was supposed to start. (I booked the job a month before). I had taken time off from my other job specifically for this opportunity, only to be left in the lurch at the last minute. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable work.

Brilliant recruitment agency, if you want to make like you’re trying to find work, but actually don’t want to do anything. Profiles will sign you up, put you through an interview process and contact all your referees for feedback. Then once you’ve done all that, you can start signing up for daily job opportunities only to find that they decline you for 95% of them, with no explanation. Good job, well done, Profiles… It’s been a great summer so far!

Horrible customer service, avoid dealing with the company at all costs! This company left me without workers and added to financial pressure including staffing cost. When asked to speak with a manager in relation to staff due on site there was no response. Truly horrific customer service!
