Extremely disappointed with this agency — Pro Drive Redditch, Edward Street Business Centre. I was contacted by an agent named Yaz, who offered me a “Line Operator” job. I asked clearly if it involved recycling or waste, and she told me no. When I arrived, I found myself in the middle of a recycling facility, sorting garbage — exactly the type of job I wanted to avoid. This was a lie, pure and simple, just to get people to show up. Totally unprofessional and manipulative. If this is how they treat candidates, I wouldn’t trust them with anything. Be careful if you apply through Pro Drive Redditch.

Registered with 17 different agencies and this one found me something to do in 24hrs and surprisingly everything went smooth no bullshiting

Just joined them in January and so far all I can say that I have been kept busy and my phones or texts were answered within minutes. Unlike the agency that used me as a top-up for Christmass and now are not bothered to answer their phones, if there was no job for me, I was told in advance so I didn't had to wait for a text that was never to come. Thumb's up!

Not professional at all. Speak down to you. Don't reply to your emails and hard to get hold of on calls. They said they'll get hold of me 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard back from them. Do not recommend!
