Overview
When it comes to recruitment, Precision may be fairly fresh on the scene, but the team we have built have been around the block and plying their trade for the last 20 years.
To get precisely to the point, we are a group of specialist recruiters who deal exclusively with clients and candidates in the construction industry, with a focus on trades and labour and technical appointments.
As a team, we bring together knowledge and experience of working directly in the construction industry ourselves, along with a passion for people and an ability to match the top talent to the right roles.
We are the people you will be talking to if you are looking for your next role in construction, or who you will be dealing with should your business or company need to find your next great hire.

Spoke with Carl there. Managed to secure me work within 24 Hours. Really good guy there. Not many recruiters will put you through courses like these guys do. Their pay rate is above most agencies aswell. Brilliant communication and down to earth people at this agency. I highly recommend for anyone looking for construction work.

Precision recruitment is the best recruitment agency around mainly because of the fact that Carl really cares and looks after you when you work for him. You feel like he really tries to help you and you are not just a number, which is how I felt for other recruitment agencies in the past. Not only would I recommend precision recruitment as a company to work for but I would also recommend companies to use precision recruitment in the future. Thanks for everything, Carl.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service and Support! I had a fantastic experience with Precision Recruitment. From start to finish, the team was professional, friendly, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right role. They took the time to understand my skills, experience, and what I was looking for, and within a short time, they matched me with a position that suited me perfectly. Communication was excellent throughout — I was kept up to date at every stage of the process, and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. The staff were approachable and encouraging, making the whole job search process so much less stressful. Thanks to Precision Recruitment, I’ve now started a new role that I’m really enjoying.
