Spoke to a Sasha regarding a role, the most unprofessional call I’ve ever received. Was told how the call was a pre screen and the sales team would get back to me with feedback back? Asked me 2 questions and ended the conversation very quick as it was 5:20 and the office closed at half 5🤣. Joke of a company.

I had an interview set up by Potensis for a role at Berkeley Homes. The interview went really well, and they said they wanted to see me for a second interview later in the week. it was at this point that I never heard anything back from the "senior consultant" again after numerous calls and emails asking for him to get back to me. I'm sure there are some very professional people working at the company however after my experience I would strongly advise that Potensis is avoided.

It's alright

The most unprofessional recruitment agency I’ve ever had the displeasure of interviewing with. I applied for a role at Potensis as a recruiter, and successfully reached the “in-person” interview stage. My interviewer turned up an hour and a half late, leaving me sitting in the cafeteria downstairs waiting. When he did eventually decide to show his face, he breezed in and didn’t seem apologetic in the slightest. I was told I would hear back from them by the end of the week but I never did. I find this sort of etiquette to be absolutely abhorrent - not only did the interviewer turn up an hour and a half late, thereby inconveniencing me, but they couldn’t even be bothered to get in touch to tell me the outcome after I’d put time and money aside to travel to their offices.

Absolutely avoid this company, do not even waste your time going for an interview.

I was really nervous, especially after reading reviews below. I have thankfully had a really positive experience. A big thank you to Alice Downey, i have been kept in the loop and I can clearly tell she tries her best in finding the right role for the right candidate. I would definitely recommend.

The worst, most greedy agency in the construction industry by a mile!!! They pay a fraction of what you could earn and very unprofessional!

Tried to get a job through them last year. Sent emails and made phone calls but was a waste of time. You'll be lucky if you get any response from them! Very unprofessional. Avoid!!!

Time wasters

Completely unprofessional and incompetent. I was called by a Jack Bodycomb who had seen my CV online and organised an interview for Barratt Homes. After the interview Jack proceeded to completely blank my emails asking for an update, and screen all my calls. Not getting a job is not the issue here, it is just the complete arrogance of these Jordan Belfort wannabes, who cannot take 2 minutes to let you know if you were successful or not in your interview. I had travelled 40 minutes for the interview, and then that was it, days and days go by and nothing, nada, not a single call/email letting me know what was going on. Not a single reply.
