I’ve contracted for over 10 years and I’ve never had so many issues as I do with Pontoon. Obviously there’s some great people, but I’d never go through this agency by choice, and I wouldn’t definitely not recommend them

I spoke with Tom about a role for an energy company in warwick. I got to interview stage however no feedback since. I must have called him around 10 times and no answer. Not heard from him since. Very unprofessional and I would stay well away from this company.

Terrible comms from this organisation. No phone numbers, no responses from emails. We have been trying to get a reference for the past 3 weeks with no joy.

No response to phone calls very very poor customer care wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Not adhering to the UK "Fair Recruitment Practices".

Avoid them by all means possible. Not joking.

Would have left a negative rating if possible, I was not only put forward for a role but also interviewed. I was told feedback would be provided in the next two days. I heard absolutely nothing, I spent my time and money to attend an interview and no one has the courtesy or decency to provide me with any feedback or outcome. This and other agencies are a disgrace and dont deserve to be in business for the way they treat people.

Similar to others. Their staff do not respond to emails and nobody answers the phone. It just rings and rings. Phone number and email on Jaxson Sykes automated reply do not even work. Hopeless!
