Emma contacted me about a role I had applied for online. The process was smooth, comms were great throughout the whole process and I went into the interview knowing exactly what to expect. She had good knowledge of the company too- always important and not always a given when working with recruiters (even thought it should be!) I start my new role in January and can't wait.
