Very rude putting phone down on me and keep telling me now for what ver 7 months there no work not very good place

I was looking for a new role, and challenge, and came across an opportunity that Pertemps were recruiting for. I submitted my info, and very quickly got a response from Steph Howle. We went through the role, my requirements, and the requirements of the employer. After speaking, and agreeing that I would like to move forward with the application Steph forwarded my details to the employer. Again, a very quick response was received back from the employer. It was a total of 72 hours from applying to starting my first day. I would like to say that Steph was absolutely fantastic, and kept me in the loop at every stage. And has even continued to support me with any problems I have had since joining Pertemps. Thank you Steph!

I was really struggling to find work and I found Pertemps through the Indeed website pretty much by accident. Thank God I did! Stephanie got me work in the area that I was interested in (warehousing, part-time) and, then, she allowed me to switch to a different, full-time job when my circumstances changed almost immediately. Although Steph is obviously over-worked (are you reading this Mr. Pertemps ?!?), she was never anything less than kind, patient and responsive to my emails. Don't expect "War And Peace" off her, she is quite busy, lol. I can't agree with some of the reviews below and I can only speak from my own experience; Pertemps and Stephanie in Hanley have been fantastic with me. I was offered a permanent contract with NVSL, in Talke Pits, after 13 weeks on this Agency. Result. I just wanted to thank Steph and all the team at Pertemps in Hanley for coming up trumps for me again after things didn't work out at NVSL. I am now very, very happily employed at SH:24 at Keele University so it's a huge relief and a huge thank you to Pertemps!

Avoid this company Joel is useless And forget about placing the blame on to me like you do with other ppl looking for work This company is below standards for helping workers.promising and not delivering

Absolutely useless agency , advertising jobs then getting registered with you then nothing available. Apparently down to my attitude, what do you expect after posting a job then trying to call you for 3 days , then saying I'm not needed , I'll wait for the sob story reply

During my job search I was totally supported and the team worked hard to ensure my skills and experience were broadcast to potential employers. Communication, clarity and response were second to none. Now I'm thrilled to be in a new position I will not hesitate to call upon the Stoke Team's professionalism and expertise. Thank you.
