Horrendous experience. Very rude, they haven't listened to a word I was saying, unwilling to help. Disgusting service

I have been dealing with Rachel through Pertemps to find a job. The whole process was flawless. Rachel’s communication and genuine care was amazing. She offers great guidance and if I ever had any questions or queries she always willing and eager to help at the earliest convenience. I would definitely recommend Pertemps to anyone who seeks work. I have worked with different recruiters in the past. I also had some experience with Pertemps before and it wasn't good. However this experience was very different - Chelsea was very helpful, understanding, considerate and approachable - I felt like she read my CV and placed me in role that i am enjoying. I have felt valued as a person in this experience rather than just number to help a bonus.

I have worked with a few recruiters in the past, and many of them tended to drop off somewhere along the process. That was not the case with Chelsea at Pertemps. From the very beginning, she was consistent, communicative, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right role. Chelsea helped me understand how my current role had transferable skills that would work well in a new position. She took the time to listen, offered thoughtful advice, and made sure I felt confident about my experience and how to present it. She was also offered excellent support when it came to interview preparation. Her feedback was clear and constructive, and she helped me feel calm and prepared before each interview. Beyond her professionalism, Chelsea was friendly, approachable, and a great person to talk to, which made the entire process much more enjoyable! Chelsea was a fantastic cheerleader throughout and truly made me feel supported. I would highly recommend Pertemps to anyone looking for a recruitment agency who is engaged, reliable, and genuinely cares about helping people succeed.

Pertemps are the only recruitment agency I have dealt with in my career and they have definitely improved my view of what a recruitment agency is like. Emily was very helpful and friendly with putting me on the placement I am currently on. I have not necessarily got everything I asked for from Pertemps (though I recognise Plymouth can be a difficult place to find certain forms of work) but at least Emily has always been very responsive and honest with me which is much appreciated as not everyone involved in recruitment is like that.
