Refuse to pay out owed holiday pay. Refuse to honor the rates they offered me via email. Refuse to reply to emails. This was as a driver for DHL. Georgia and Beverley have been extremely unhelpful and it is now going to small claims court. Was offered a rate slightly high than they paid me, disputed it immediately and after 9 weeks of constant emails they never got back to me with an answer so I left the job. This made a shortfall of around £150. Upon leaving they underpaid my holiday pay by around £200. There was 5 payslips with incorrect rates/hours out the 10 weeks I was there. Rude and incompetent staff. Thieves.
