Brilliant quick friendly helpful understanding staff.. kelsie is brilliant

Friendly and professional team whi helped me and I felt supported throughout the process.

I had a great experience with Pertemps Dudley. The staff were very friendly, supportive, and professional. They helped me find suitable work quickly and kept in regular contact. I really appreciate their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a job.

The most inept, imcompetent, incapable, unproffesional company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, not just recruitment wise but in general. Absolutely pathetic communication from everyone involved, wrong job descriptions, wrong rate of pay, unable to respond to emails, number 1 in their stupid phone queue for over 90 minutes. Not paid correctly Staff response to questions is that someone else will email you (they never do), used their complaint service which said someone will get back to me within 2 days, guess what, no one did. Truly, truly pathetic recruitment agency. Only ever one through recruitment agencies twice, the other was REED, who clear Pertemps by an an absolute country mile.

I have found working for Pertemps very welcoming and supportive. Within a few hours of signing up they was able to offer me employment. All consultants are very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend Pertemps.

The only employment agency that will never let you down if you’re a person with good work ethics. Pertemps Dudley staff are so professional and they treat everyone equally with dignity and respect despite their race or gender. You are a blessing to us

I recently had the pleasure of working with Pertemps Dudley , and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very first interaction, the team demonstrated a genuine commitment to understanding my career aspirations and matching me with the right opportunities. Their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and professional, always ready to provide support and guidance throughout the recruitment process. They took the time to prepare me for interviews, offered valuable insights into the job market, and followed up diligently to ensure I felt comfortable every step of the way. What sets Pertemps apart is their personal touch. They treat you less like a number and more like a valued individual, truly investing in your success. Their extensive network of employers means they have access to a wide range of job openings, making it much easier to find positions that align with my skills and interests. I am thrilled to say that thanks to Pertemps, I have secured a fantastic job that I am genuinely excited about. If you're looking for a recruitment agency that truly cares about its candidates and provides exceptional service, look no further than Pertemps

I can not sing their praises enough. A brilliant place with excellent and helpful staff. No problems with anything at all. No problems with wages and there is always someone to help. I would 100% recommend that if you are looking for an employment agency to find temporary workers as an employer, or as someone who is seeking employment then definitely give these a go. You won't be disappointed.
