Awful customer services. You call them to ask for a legal requirement and they just hang up. Today 31.04.2025 at 10:35 Nikky or Vicky doesn't want to answer anymore. I hope management will get her a promotion.

Went for an induction, then went into shop floor for overalls, didn't have any that fit so was sent home , bloke at company said overall ordered will be there in 3 days,, later that day have a phone call from pertemps saying 3 weeks !!! I didn't hear anything else after that 3 weeks so I emailed Nikki,, had no reply or any follow up info ,, then a P45 came through via email , They should have enquired to see if I was still looking for work ... Very poor service, would not recommend these .

I was out of work for a few months and was really struggling to get back into transport administration, I then got in touch with Niki at pertemps and sent her my CV and within a day she had already forwarded my CV to a company and within two days I had an interview and a job offer.
