Pear Tree Recrutiment

Gemma and Glen (when Gemma was on holidays) have been exceptional with the right amount of contact and advice when needed. I would totally recommend Pear Tree Recruitment and was really impressed with the professional and knowledgeable way I was dealt with from first contact to securing a new position. I am well impressed and I am not easily impressed.

Worked with Kate on getting a new role and she was excellent. Always in contact and helping with interview prep and keeping me in the loop with my application progress. Highly recommended.

Jo Sexstone at Pear tree recruitment, provided brilliant support throughout the entire application process. She was incredibly helpful in the lead-up to my interview, offering extremely useful tips, guidance, and encouragement, including support the day before the interview. Thanks to her help I was able to prepare, I was successful and got the job, thank you to Jo’s support.

Where to start. I honestly had an incredible experience with this team. Right from the beginning I got a call about the job I was interested in and it was a completely smooth process. Pre interview, I had a call about how the interview was going to look and what to expect and it made me so well prepared for the interview. I then had the interview and I had a follow up call and I ended up getting the job. They were so attentive and on the job, couldn’t be happier. Specifically loved Gemma , so kind and personable. Would recommend

Both Jo and Gemma are friendly and approachable. They kept me discussed with me my requirements and submitted me for a suitable vacancy and we had a back up plan as well. They kept me informed of the process and checked in with me regularly. They also informed me very promptly of interview results. I would definitely recommend Peartree to anyone looking for employment.
