Paul and his team are top class. I called Paul Card recruitment after they were recommended to 4 or 5 times. After struggling for months to find a critical replacement hire (and tiring of hearing "have you tried Paul Card"!) I gave them a call. Within a week, I'd hired the person I was looking for. I worked with Andrea who was excellent. She asked different questions to what I was used to working with other recruiters, it clearly worked.
