Anna was honestly so amazing! She was with me and is still with me through every step of the process. She got me a position at a very reputable company. On my second day I was panicking because I didn’t know where to go. She straight away was present and gave me reassurances and then sorted the issue out for me. Fantastic recruiter experience! As a young professional I've dealt with recruiters before, but with my OA recruiter I genuinely felt like I was working *with* her for this job. Kay was fantastic, and an incredible middle between me and the company. She saw I could be a good fit, pushed them for an interview even when they seemed hesitant, and helped me through a lot of the stresses I had during my application. She is lovely to talk to and realistic, which was very handy after I thought I fumbled an interview, and has been incredible at keeping me updated with any new responses, even when our schedules didn't quite align for a quick phone call. This habit also allowed us to schedule meetings quickly when an opportunity arose, and she even went out of her way to drive to the place a couple times to check in.
