Worst agency! I applied for a job at Alloga AP8 in Derby, I attended an induction 2 days after I applied, I was promised the job and to wait on a start date, 2 weeks later I've still not starting and now being told "sorry, the job is no longer available as things change" so I asked Fora if she gave the position she promised to me 2 weeks ago to someone else, her response was "sorry I can't answer that" then she hung up on me! I waited 2 weeks, we near Xmas and I don't have time to waste on empty promises! If you don't want to waste time like I did, then avoid this amateur agency! Just to add to this review... Sophie from the office to call me about this situation, I explained, Sophie then contacted Fora, when Sophie contacted me back she explained that the position was filled internally (I knew that was going be the excuse, anything they can do to protect their own) so I asked Sophie why didn't Fora communicate with me, the response I got from Sophie is...... "that's between me and Fora, I don't need to go into that with you" which is crazy cos this situation was between me and Fora, Sophie was nonexistent until she got involved today! If this sounds like an adventure you wanna be apart of then this agency is perfect for you, this was more like a nightmare to me!
