Optimise By Recruitment

OBR Group Limited is built on one simple purpose: making it easy.

We headhunt properly, act as an extension of our clients’ teams, and deliver quality over quantity. We do the right thing (every damn time), and we dig deep to understand the people, not just the job titles.

It’s recruitment that feels easy, ethical, and genuinely well-executed, making hiring smoother, smarter, and actually enjoyable for everyone involved.

We’ve sharpened our focus around four core specialisms: Engineering & Manufacturing, Accountancy & Finance, Construction & Head Office Recruitment.
