European women working for these lot sent me to a job who don’t need labourers twice two different occasions stay away

To whom it may concern Don’t waste your time with this agency to avoid disappointment. My consultant was Ryan Griffiths, they gave a job at Huddersfield university, when I arrived on site on Monday I was sent home, the agency didn’t communicate I needed to complete induction online first, I went and completed induction, I came back Tuesday, I got inducted, after induction their client TRC sent me home, they said they needed 4 people but Optima failed to provide that’s why they are sending me home. I discussed this with Optima to Atleast cover travel expenses and induction but they don’t want to hear anything anymore.

When i was contacted agency they give me job person name is LIAM DOLLIE and he said two week job so i quit my current job job and go there he said 8 hours a day i am ready to start the work But end of the day site manager told me that’s finished not more work and he said only one day job so first think is liam dollie they told me wrong and wrong information and then payroll company they contact me and he told me his agencies fees is £17 so they deduct from my wages 8 hours job @15 pound cis and agency fees deduct after i take home only 85 hound i want to ask to optima agency is that worth it first of all, you told me wrong two week job even i am working more then three days or week then i am ready to pay payroll fee but only one day 17 pound it’s totally shit very disappointed even they not pick my call even they not give answer. I have all proof.

Very poor service. They called me today. I couldn't answer right away. I called back and they didn't even bother to tell me why they were calling me. They said they would call me back. Of course they didn't. That's their respect. I will return that respect.

This is the worst agency to go with honestly they don't have an office number if U call their office it says they are close at 9 in the morining maybe they are still having their breakfast and the staff are so bloody rude it is disgusting 🤮

Waste of time, I was registered for almost a year and not got a single job from them, and I’m in central London so it’s one of the busiest places for work. Spend your time calling another agency. They knock people for the £ they’re working hard for. Joke of an agency and by far the worse I’ve ever been with so stay away from them.

Sent me hour and half away to a job to cancel on me last minute,told me would sort me out for the day and then when I asked for it got very rude..very rude people I would avoid many other better agencies out there

Easy to work with but a bit expensive fees, but helpful and costumer service focus

Seen a few bad reviews but still decided to work with them best agency I’ve worked with so far ! They Were very helpful and found me work asap.
