Once I had found an opportunity via one to one personnel, Laura was my primary contact who was very friendly and showed consistency in support throughout. Over the course of just under 2 weeks, communication over the phone and email was extremely thorough and easygoing. The process from signing papers to starting my first day was hassle free, and each time anything was needed the answer was just a phone call away! An in person meeting to discuss job details with the agency was very casual, and as someone just starting their working life, I felt welcome in their office environment and supported by everyone I spoke with. To whom it may concern , I have very recently had a very positive and professional experience from Sophie Barnes from her initial phone call to everything inbetween I have quickly been placed on a short term contract with the hope this will be able to extend past halfterm in October.

After finding a vacancy advert from One to One Personnel, via Indeed.com, Julie was my initial point of contact, calling me on 03 July 2025, late PM, about my interest in one of their vacancies and clients. We had a pleasant telephone conversation that day, which lasted around 15-20 minutes. At the end of the telephone call, Julie said she would be submitting my application, CV and covering letter, to their client, as she feels I would be a good fit for them I was then contacted by Aimee, in Julie’s absence, to let me know that I been offered an in-person job interview, just over a week after my application. That interview day, the interview ran on just short of 1½ hours, and that afternoon I received a telephone call from Linda, One to One Personnel, to say about the wonderful feedback that they have just received from their client and I had been offered the job opportunity, with an increase in remuneration, to have me sign up as soon as possible. The three ladies I have dealt with at One to One Personnel could have not been more pleasant and helpful to deal with, explaining things when I had questions.
