Highly unprofessional team, I interacted with Max who kept me in a limbo after making me travel for interviews and still not responding, on top of that not even providing a feedback, i would recommend to all candidates to stay away from this agency so that no one gets their time wasted and work with real recruiters.

If I could give nil stars, I would. Dont waste time with this organisation. Terrible candidate i.e., no -one returns calls nor emails (what is the point of having a tel number if no-one ever picks up !). Poor behaviour like this should not be accepted as the norm

Some of their consultants need training on how to communicate in a professional tone. Now I understand why there are so many negative reviews.

Absolute terrible recruitment firm. One of their consultants sent me a position and would like to chat further regarding the position. When I took the initiative to ring him, he text me back not to ring him. They're extremely rude to the candidates and they don't act professionally. I don't even want to give one-star.

Extremely professional and very friendly recruitment agency - two qualities that are very important for any recruitment company. From the first contact with Oliver James I was impressed with their management of my job application. This started with the review of my CV and what was required for the job and continued through to the interview stages and to a final positive conclusion. I would very much recommend Oliver James – they are in my opinion an example of how to consult with a job candidate from start to finish.

A recently onboarded recruiter joined this company initiated a conversation with me about a job opportunity I applied for. However, they requested the email addresses of my managers from my previous companies with the supposed intention for "reference purposes" to make my application stronger for a role I am already qualified for. It seemed more like someone who's just starting out the recruitment field, seeking leads. I am happy to provide references to the employers directly. Please do not fall for this trap. 😬

Extremely unprofessional behavior. A recruiter talked negatively about me to another candidate. Avoid at ALL costs.

Guy contacted and was pushing to have an interview, I agreed the time slots and guy just disappeared... That's just a fishing organization. No reason to respond to someone from this organization.

not great, very weird and unnecessary compliance process. money don't arrive onto your bank account on time and you have to chase them. i have to submit 2 timesheets every week. i have never came across such a disorganized recruitment agency.
