if you are looking for a job, then I think it's a a great company to have on your side actively looking/helping you and following up, chasing interviews etc. while professional it is very very fast paced, so be prepared for phone calls a few times a day, week and month asking how things are going, before and after each interview, each meeting, each stage of the process will result in more calls. pushing things faster and getting to move forward. so like i say if you want a job quick then these are the people for you. if you are not actively seeking a job, or you are already in work, it does feel a bit too much at times taking all the calls.

They were very thorough, friendly, polite and reassuring and managed to find the perfect role for me. My experience with Olive recruitment was superb. I had a short telephone interview with Ana, she was very polite, she listened to my experience and sent my CV off to the employer.
