I have tried to call Oakleaf on several occasions and it really baffles me that no-one picks up the call. Even though their on hold messages states that they are eager to help all individuals who call with one to one discussions to help guide the candidate. I have over 15 years experience as a recruiter and over 2 years experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner. If I was the Director or owner of this business I would be looking to change my on hold call statement. Got hung up on three occasions. Frankly not good enough. Hopefully someone might respond to this and I am able to talk to a professional who can assist in finding me a role.

I signed up to Oakleaf Partnership before covid and was invited into their office for registration and spoke about my experience and was told I would be put forward for roles but never heard back. I have signed back up to Oakleaf last month with the hope that the new consultants would be better. I have been contacting Millie Smith directly. She claimed to have shared my CV with two companies weeks ago, she said she hadn’t had an update from them but I can see that the role advert has been removed from Oakleaf website and the company’s direct website. Meaning the role has been filled. If someone is unsuccessful just be honest instead of leaving them on hold for weeks. It’s companies like this who give the recruitment industry a bad name.

I’ve have dealt with 20-30 London recruiting agencies and Oakleaf is by far the best! Thank you so much to Zoe who was amazing and landed me my role and to Tommy who also assisted me with my search - they were both fantastic!!

Lana is one of the best Recruitment Consultants I have ever been in communication with! She was genuinely interested to learn more about me, beyond my CV and experience. She really is the full package - professional, knowledgeable, friendly, fun and absolutely brilliant at what she does! She kept me informed through the whole process, which I really appreciated because I did not have to chase anything - she was already on it! I have only trusted two Recruitment Consultants in my job search to date and Lana is one of them. I was contacted by a recruiter/headhunter from Oakleaf about a role. The recruiter no-showed the interview, spent our scheduled interview time re-posting the same job she was supposed to be speaking with me about, made a token offer to re-schedule the interview when I confronted her about it (she said she was too busy "learning the system" to show up to our interview), then ghosted me. 10/10 experience, would highly recommend.

Really great recruitment agency, originally got a call from AJ Covi, who gave me a better understanding of what roles were out there and then passed me over to Savannah Nothard who would be more suited to the roles I was looking for. Savannah was super friendly and always on hand to help, reaching out with roles and being quick to communicate next steps!

It has been an absolute joy working with Jodie Wolrich who has helped me finding my dream role. She took the time to meet me and listen to what I was looking for and had an excellent match. Thanks to having all the details I needed I was able to prepare for the interviews and I'm looking forward to starting my new role in the New Year! THANK YOU JODIE!

I've have contacted this company twice now and they haven't been particularly great on both occasions. On the first occasion they just ignored my email and call. On the second occasion I spoke to three separate consultants and all they suggested was a role with a 2 hour commute paying less than my current salary. I ended up securing interviews at some of the biggest media & tech firms in the world so I'm not a bad candidate. I wouldn't really recommend based on my personal experience.

I've been working with Oakleaf's payroll division for a number of years and I have always found the Payroll recruitment team to be very professional and communicative. I would highly recommend this agency to both employers and job seekers. A huge Thank you to John and Linda, it's been a pleasure working with you both and it definitely won't be the last!
