I wish I can give zero stars, because this Agency or recruitment is complete fake initial days. They will not tell you complete information, I was happy that I’ll be working in a school, but then I got to know if I have to work today. I’ll be getting the notification morning at 7 o’clock, and they’ll think that we have to rush over that to School by nine. It’s not like a fixed job that you will be working Monday to Friday 9 to 5. one of the person will call you whether you have to go to work or. I am not sure about that girl name she told me that every day we have to be ready that whether we will be getting a call or not, In a month, they gave me Only one shift that’s all and they said whenever they have requirement at that time, they gonna call us I’ll suggest everyone to go to some other Agency, but not for this recruitment, and they’ll cut more tax than your salary.

NYKays advertised a job couple a months ago, which I applied for. The agent replied and said it’s a job going in a SEN school midday assistant job which would be great around my childcare. I doubled checked with the job details the hours and the pay. I again double checked via email regarding the job the hours and pay, as I needed 16 or more hours for my 30 childcare tax code for my children. The agent replied definitely I will be getting a job and even more than 16 hours, which I was ok with. She said give your resignation for my other job, I said I didn’t need too as it’s a weekend job. So I was told I have to register and do a new DBS which should be on the update system, I had a DBS paper form but that wasn’t valid. So I paid £62 for another DBS. The job was starting from September 1st, as she said the training was that day and I should be free and very serious about the job. From June to September 1st, I waited to start the job and training. I didn’t hear anything about the job I applied for!!! The terrible thing is, I left my weekend job for this job, as the agent promised me a job for September 1st. I put both of my children in private nursery £300 each admin fee that’s £600!!! I’ve lost alot of money and no job at the end!!! It’s soo heart breaking. Right now I have no job no income, no childcare or education for my children. I was told the again the headteacher will call me today is 12 of September!! I was contacted again Friday, to go to another last min which I didn’t apply for. This agency is a fraud!!! Stay away from them!!!

Avoid . They are time wasters. Was meant to start a role but I don’t know what happened and now apparently my role has been filled.

To be honest, Samira has been an amazing hardworking lady who always out to help not just only her candidates, but out to help anybody that comes her way. She always smiling and happy with people around her. She is a discipline lady and diligent in her work. Samira is also very good in giving feedback to her candidates and making sure that her candidates are comfortable in their duties. I sincerely wish her the very best in all her endeavours in life.
