NSV Recruitment

I can’t recommend Lawrance enough! My job requirements were quite specific, and after reaching out to several recruitment agencies, most of them stopped replying after a while. But Lawrance was completely different — he stayed in touch, calling me every week with updates and reassurance that he was still searching for the right role for me. His persistence, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difference. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, I finally received an official job offer today! I’m so grateful for all his help and couldn’t have done it without him. If you’re looking for someone reliable who truly goes the extra mile, I highly recommend working with Lawrance.

Extremely caring, personalised and efficient group. I really enjoyed the experience with them and would definitely recommend and use them again. Many thanks and very best wishes.

Exceptional service from Lawrance! Highly recommend

Wonderful job in finding the job I wanted with all the peculiarities it required. Really patient and understanding even when I changed my mind about my goals and they sounded impossible to achieve. Lawrance still made it happen then! Overall a great experience, couldn’t ask for a more helpful, professional yet fun recruiter! Really greatful for his help.

I worked with Lawrance on each step of the way moving from the US to New Zealand. He and NSV were instrumental in making the whole shift possible. An international move professionally was daunting and they made it a smooth and seamless experience. Thank you!

I have qualified from Bristol University in 1985 and have worked since then both as an equine and small animal surgeon, running my own referral practice. Recently I planned to relocate to another country. I came across NSV recruitment services. Mr. Lawrance gave me the most comprehensive, careful and patient attention, encompassing world wide clinics from Australia and New Zealand, through the MIddle East, to the UK, the US and Canada. He was very thorough in his search, went to the smallest details of what was involved in each praqctice, set up all the zoom appointments, and fought very diligently to get me the best posible deal. When necessary, he involved other professionals to calculate aspects of income tax, living expenses, relocation with dogs to England and so forth. I recommend his services in the warmest of terms to anyone looking for a job in the veterinary profession. Dr. Itamar Tsur, DVM; PhD Specialist, Veterinary Surgery.

Very professional service provided by Lawrance. From our first telephone conversation he made me feel at ease with his calm, caring and genuine approach, regularly providing updates. Highly recommended!

I had been having a lot of difficulties in my job, and I was pretty desperate to get out. I contacted Craig and Lawrance at NSV Recruitment, I told them my situation, and they told me they would get me out of there ASAP. They were both extremely friendly, understanding and helpful, and they helped me find a position much more tailored to the kind of job I wanted. I can’t thank them enough! 😊
