How recruitment should be done... In an industry of hundreds of recruiters it takes a lot to stand out. But Kallie has been absolutely fantastic in what has been a very short and efficient process. They clearly take a lot of time and care in understanding their clients needs and what people will fit where. Kallie found and opportunity with one of her clients who weren't even actively recruiting, but she knew we would be a great fit and that really turned out to be the case. Completely transparent and proactively updating me made the process truly enjoyable in what can very quickly become a stressful and painful experience.
