Nicholas Associates

What's different about us is the way we are structured, and what we can do for your organisation as a result. We are made up of five complimentary disciplines:
• Recruitment
• Learning and talent development
• LEAN business and organisational development
• Robotics and automation
• Software solutions
This is no accident. Each component part of Nicholas Associates is designed to add the maximum value - either as a standalone offer, or combined to give a holistic and effective solution.
We can recruit the right talent and develop them to help deliver meaningful change, produce game changing learning and development solutions, or provide organisational development advice for those seeking change. We can also offer support on best manufacturing practices, or build software to improve operational activities.
Individually these specialisms bring considerable benefits - combined they represent a formidable platform for business improvement.
Simply put, we aim to help business become more sustainable, efficient and profitable.
