A word of advice: if you are a member of a union and solely a bank member, consider canceling your membership, since they do not offer any support when required.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to NHS Professionals for the incredible support I received throughout my journey in the UK. I began my career as a Logistics Operative with NHSP, and from there I had the opportunity to work in several roles, progressing from Band 2 to Band 3. These roles included R&D Operative, Receptionist, Outpatient Coordinator, Outpatient Administrator, and Mobility Administrator. Each position helped me grow in confidence, gain valuable hospital experience, and understand the healthcare environment in depth. With this continuous learning and support, I am proud to say that I have now secured a permanent position within an NHS Trust. This milestone would not have been possible without NHSP’s guidance and opportunities. I am especially thankful to Kamran, Abi Williams, Sooraj, and others who supported me from the beginning. Their encouragement, professionalism, and willingness to help made a significant difference in my journey. Thank you, NHS Professionals, for being such an important part of my career development and for helping me build a strong foundation in the NHS.

Be careful with this lot. They won't protect you against unfounded allegations that have no merit or evidence. they would rather just dump you than deal with a falsified report from full time staff with a grudge.

Abysmal. They will lie to you and ignore you. I have referred to financial ombudsmen I advise using a solicitor. I’m reporting this dodgy company.

Very nice place,friendly people,parking is a issue during peak hours otherwise its ok.

Worse employer ever. Been Tuped over from another trust, HR are a shambles with admin staff admitting to them being terrible. This has resulted in to raising a dispute with HMRC. I’ve never felt more let down in a company..they truly don’t care or they just don’t have a clue what they are doing.

Over complicated application process, even for those with years of service. A limited company, who require a separate CRB check and training (your training is unpaid and separate from regular trust training). Many have been saying this for years; bring bank back in house.

First time visiting head office. Lovely experience, fantastic staff and great office set up.

No support whatsoever unable to register for 3 days. Live chat useless despite waiting for 45 mins for agent; helpline goes dead so non-existent, requested call back = no response. I'm off to join a proper agency!
