Very pushy and rude.

I had the pleasure of working with Aaron and Steve from Next Phase during the hiring process for my current job as a Senior Molecular Biologist at SiSaf. They helped me understand the company’s interview process and provided me with extremely helpful resources and tools accompanied by detailed personalised advice which boosted my confidence levels prior to the interview. Had a chat with one of their team that lasted for more than 30 minutes. At the end, I asked if there were any roles they would like to discuss but they said "check website and set a job alert!!!!!!! Really disappointing service. Wouldn't recommend at all.
