My experience was the opposite of what this agency promises. I worked with Alex, but unfortunately, I encountered a total lack of transparency and was eventually ghosted. I sent numerous follow-up emails that were completely ignored. Even when I took the initiative to ring the office, I was simply told they were "too busy to talk" and never received a call back. For an agency that prides itself on candidate care, this level of communication is unprofessional and disorganized. Very disappointing to have my time wasted.

Poor communication skills, generic replies. When you are a client you should hear some feedback & not have to chase your agent who supposed to be assisting finding a role. - I do not recommend in the slightiest. Only actually managed to speak to the same person once over 6 calls as the agent you need is always busy - Alanta
