Avoid!!!! No respect for drivers! You are only are number for them!

MDS Northampton Agency work. I submitted a job application. The next day, Kimberlley agency worker wrote to me asking when would be the best time to contact me. I replied that I would call her as soon as possible. I called an hour and a half later, but she didn’t answer. She did not contact me again for the rest of the day. The next day, she sent a text message saying that she had tried to contact me several times unsuccessfully and that my application had been put on hold. This is, of course, not true. My phone was on the whole time and the number was not blocked. What nerve, such unprofessional people. Has anyone had a similar experience with this employment agency before?”

Avoid,avoid,avoid………!!!! I would rate them -5. 1.The worst agency I have ever worked with. Booking and canceling jobs 3 times per day. 2.Liars :One day They lied to me that for the next day is it quite and when I have finished my working day I find out from the company office I have been working for that I have been booked and then swapped with another driver. 3.No respect at all for the drivers. After all those disappointing moments I found a job with someone else and they call me and said I will be removed from their system. A bad behaviour from their side.

Good morning! I received a message about a job opening at this agency. Before going to the interview, I made it very clear that I didn't speak English. However, the message said that I could go to the interview because the job opening for a truck driver was starting immediately! When I got there, I was completely embarrassed by an employee yelling at me, making me feel embarrassed in front of everyone. She said that if I didn't speak English, I wouldn't move on to the next stage! This behavior was unnecessary because she could have already said that in the message I was exchanging with her! I have all the documents to perform the function and many years of experience with trucks. Going through this when looking for a job is very embarrassing! Sometimes, doing empathy training would help the company a lot! Remember that she said that I could take the test anyway because I wouldn't pass anyway!
